The Electric Bass Program is designed to develop bassists who are fully prepared to enter the music industry as working professionals. The curriculum was developed around achieving competency in four key areas of music performance:

Instead of just expanding repertoire by learning songs, students are taught the musical toolset used by the bass players who originally recorded selected songs. Students should expect to learn to read chord charts, standard musical notation and the Nashville numbers system. They will also learn to play in all musical styles with a special focus on the type of music which interests the student most.
